1. HR & GA SUPERVISOR/MANAGER (HSR/HRM)
Have the ability to create and implement an effective HR program including recruitment, training, and development, compensation & benefits, staff relation and performance management. have the ability to manage and control day to day administration and operation of General Service includes facilities, building maintenance, and transportation. Minimum qualification is bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology, Legal, Management, and Business Administration.
2. LEGAL SUPERVISOR/MANAGER (LGS/LGM)
Responsible in all legal activities, compliance with the law and regulation, develop and monitor implementation of legal procedure and legal drafting agreement, familiar with Indonesian law and other regulation, providing legal advices upon legal disputes settlement as well as Indonesia legal system with its substance.
General Requirements :
Has a minimum of 5 years’ experiences in the field of energy trading or construction (Manager), 3-5 years’ experiences (Supervisor). Responsive, possess strong initiatives, good analytical, problem solving and communication skills; proficient in written & spoken English; strictly no smoking; willing to be placed in all over Indonesia provinces.
